Not Such a Great Use of Color

Although this movie advertisement does a great job in presenting symmetry, I do not think the designer does such a great job in the use of color. The flowers really stand out along with the actresses names underneath which drew my attention. However, since the movie is entitled "Bride Wars", I think the attention should really be drawn to the gowns and in this advertisement, the gowns are lost in the background since the color is very much similar. In order to better the ad and draw more attention, I think the background should be a different color and it would make it much more effective.
