This advertisement used color very effectively, in that it's basic message is the color. Going "green" represents saving the earth and the ad is completely that color. It coincides with the basic message and the color scheme. When you think of green you think of the earth and things growing and that is exactly what the visual illustrates. The earth is pictured along with the small plants sprouting up against the bright white background. There are different shades of green to break up the monotony of using just the same green and adding shading. This is such and obvious use of color you cannot help but realize the message without the use of text. This advertisement for going green is an excellent use of color.
